Common questions

When will I receive my dividend in Singapore?

The pay date is when the cash is credited to your account — usually two to four weeks after the ex-dividend date. The table above lists upcoming SGX dividends by pay date, so you can see exactly when each payout lands.

What's the difference between the ex-date and the payment date?

The ex-date is the cut-off to qualify — you must own the shares before it. The payment (pay) date is when the money actually reaches your account, a few weeks later. This page is ordered by pay date; the ex-date view is on the dividend calendar.

Do I need to still hold the shares on the payment date?

No. Once you owned the shares before the ex-date, you are entitled to the dividend even if you sell afterwards — you will still be paid on the pay date.
